What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years progressive technical recruiting experience, In house experience required, Experience hiring multiple highly specialized, very senior, and niche positions simultaneously, Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent, Demonstrated expertise at partnering cross-functionally with senior leadership, Flexibility to support multiple functions within our Tech teams, Excellent interviewing skills, Ability to make data-driven decisions, Work within structured hiring processes, Consultative and interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as externally, Autonomous, self starter, Demonstrates continuous learning, Ambiguity tolerance
Nice to Have
Experience hiring low-level, distributed systems, infrastructure, and/or network engineers, Experience supporting hiring teams with facilitating technical assessments, Experience implementing AI sourcing and productivity tools, Knowledge of Employment and HR policies, compensation models, talent planning, etc.

Manage full-cycle recruiting process
Build hiring manager partnerships
Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines
Execute tactical research
Events and sourcing campaigns
Determine position + value add
Manage interview logistics
Manage hiring decision-making process
priorities and performance data
Share performance data with stakeholders
Drive offer negotiations
Recommend improvements to sourcing
Recommend improvements to process
Recommend improvements to candidate outreach
Participate in operational projects
Participate in TA related projects
Support company Inclusion & Diversity efforts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with hiring managers; Work with the wider People Team; Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership; Drive collaborative decisions; Support multiple functions within Tech teams; Partner with hiring managers on offer negotiations; Share performance data with internal stakeholders
