What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or institution, Prior career experiences in the aerospace industry, or similar, working in a relevant engineering discipline, Minimum 6 years of experience in technical recruiting within the aerospace, space, and/or defense industries, Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering positions, networking skills and the ability to connect with passive candidates, Experience with full life cycle recruiting (screening candidates, consulting with hiring managers, facilitating interviews, and extending offers), Proven ability to use recruiting techniques, such as cold calling candidates, planning and executing networking events, locating industry experts and coming up with creative ways to interact with them, and developing original focused sourcing campaigns, Ability to manage multiple high priority, technical requisitions at one time, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Nice to Have
experience recruiting for electrical engineering disciplines, including Digital Hardware, Power Electronics, FPGA, RF, and Antenna Design
What You'll Do.
building a pipeline of candidates
collaborating with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify
assessing the technical capabilities of candidates
sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms
developing high-impact recruiting strategies
working closely with Cesium engineering and business staff to develop and execute talent acquisition projects
understanding the technical requirements of each role
developing effective recruitment strategies
identifying and engaging top-tier technical candidates
Effectively assessing the technical ability and aptitude of candidates for complex engineering roles
Consulting with hiring managers regarding candidate backgrounds and making recommendations
Engaging in full-cycle recruitment from screening applicants to evaluate candidates’ skills
and cultural fit to negotiating and extending offer packages
Utilizing various sourcing techniques
and networking events
to build a pool of qualified candidates
Assisting with a wide array of additional functions as necessary within a high growth startup

You will collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent in various technical disciplines within the aerospace industry. This is a multifaceted job that requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to effectively assess the technical capabilities of candidates, along with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to understand and promote the value proposition Cesium offers.
