This isn’t a role where you’ll just be following a pre-set manual; you’ll be expected to figure out what’s working, fix what isn't, and lead the charge on finding our next 50+ hires.   We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience, specifically in the tech/SaaS space, who can handle full-cycle recruiting while helping us professionalize how we hire. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, and since we’re a meritocracy, your growth here will be tied directly to the quality of the team you help us build. ## Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies for open roles, draft precise job descriptions, and establish effective interview workflows. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, initial screening and interview management. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
