Join us in shaping the future of hospitality! About the Role Canary is scaling quickly, and we need an experienced Senior Recruiter to own our hiring process from top to bottom. This isn’t a role where you’ll just be following a pre-set manual; you’ll be expected to figure out what’s working, fix what isn't, and lead the charge on finding our next 50+ hires. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience, specifically in the tech/SaaS space, who can handle full-cycle recruiting while helping us professionalize how we hire. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, and since we’re a meritocracy, your growth here will be tied directly to the quality of the team you help us build. ## Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies for open roles, draft precise job descriptions, and establish effective interview workflows. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, initial screening and interview management. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
