What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years sourcing technical roles, 5+ years closing technical roles, Direct experience recruiting robotics talent, Recruiting robotics talent (mechanical design, structures/composites, propulsion, thermal systems, electrical, controls, autonomy, or embedded software), Use pipeline and performance data to drive decisions, Report insights to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, Manage hiring-manager relationships, Profile calibration, Weekly pipeline reviews, Data-backed recommendations on strategy and prioritization, Working understanding of technical skills for hardware and software engineering roles in robotics or aerospace context, Experience managing multiple concurrent funnels, Keep candidates moving through process without drop-off, Clear, structured communication with candidates, Understand candidate motivations, drivers, and fit, Track record of acting as consultative partner, Guidance measurably improved hiring outcomes, Ability to work autonomously, Highly collaborative across small, fast-moving team, Team player with bias to action, Does whatever it takes to deliver
