What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of hands-on project management experience, Meaningful portion in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations, Demonstrated ownership of technical projects from initiation through closure, Working knowledge of voice services and IP networking, Prior experience with coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party cutovers, written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with standard project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc), Proficiency with Excel for tracking and basic financial analysis

Nice to Have

Prior experience in a telecom vendor, operator, ISP, carrier, UCaaS, or wholesale voice environment, Experience supporting data center consolidation, migration, or exit projects, Exposure to platform rationalization or post-merger integration work, Good familiarity with SBCs, session management and relevant technologies at a conceptual level, PMP or equivalent certification

What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects

Break each project down to the task level

Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams

Escalate to carriers and third parties

Ensure data center staff and field teams are aligned

Apply structured project management practices

Act as the primary point of accountability

Coordinate across Network Engineering

Interface with vendors and suppliers

Coordinate with Finance on project budgets

Maintain sufficient financial literacy

Track avoided spend and tech-debt avoidance

Flag scope or schedule changes

Identify and mitigate risks

Ensure each cutover is supported by runbooks

Maintain documentation suitable for internal audit

Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25% We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the Company’s Global Network Engineering and Operations organization by driving the day-to-day execution of projects within a broader transformation and consolidation program, managing technical projects end-to-end with defined scope, budget, timeline, and success metrics, including data center consolidations, voice network migrations, platform rationalization, and global network integration. This role drives execution across engineering, operations, and vendor teams to unify infrastructure, optimize cost, improve resiliency, and accelerate service delivery across a global multi-platform telecommunications environment.
