What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on project management experience, meaningful portion in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations, Demonstrated ownership of technical projects from initiation through closure, budget, schedule, scope, and risk management, Working knowledge of voice services and IP networking, how voice (SIP / VoIP) networks operate end-to-end, data center infrastructure and cross-connects, private connectivity processes with carriers, general IP networking concepts, coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, multi-party cutovers, written and verbal communication skills, ability to run a meeting, drive decisions, follow up reliably, Proficiency with standard project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc), Excel for tracking and basic financial analysis
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a telecom vendor, operator, ISP, carrier, UCaaS, or wholesale voice environment, Experience supporting data center consolidation, migration, or exit projects, Exposure to platform rationalization or post-merger integration work, Good familiarity with SBCs, session management and relevant technologies at a conceptual level, PMP or equivalent certification

Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25% We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the Company’s Global Network Engineering and Operations organization by driving the day-to-day execution of projects within a broader transformation and consolidation program, managing technical projects end-to-end with defined scope, budget, timeline, and success metrics, including data center consolidations, voice network migrations, platform rationalization, and global network integration. This role drives execution across engineering, operations, and vendor teams to unify infrastructure, optimize cost, improve resiliency, and accelerate service delivery across a global multi-platform telecommunications environment.
