Must Have
9+ years of experience managing client-facing projects in complex delivery environments, mandatory exposure to data migration and/or Snowflake, Proven experience leading data engineering, cloud migration, or enterprise platform transformation initiatives, Good understanding of modern data platforms and engineering concepts, Solid experience in managing large-scale, scope-based projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and prioritization skills, consistent track record of meeting deadlines, High attention to detail in planning, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication, Experience working with global, distributed teams

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase Data Platform migration program, involving the migration of hundreds of data products and applications. You will oversee the full delivery lifecycle–from initiation and planning through execution, validation, and closure—while ensuring customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
