You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions in an exponentially growing and exciting industry. ## ## **Responsibilities** * ## **Project Planning and Execution:** * ## Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. * ## Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements from inception to installation. * ## Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * ## **Stakeholder Communication:** * ## Act as a liaison between IT, sales, system engineering, product development, and other departments. * ## Communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks in our tracking systems and to stakeholders. * ## Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear documentation. * ## **Technical Expertise:** * ## Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that optimize IT requests and software performance. * ## Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols. * ## Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a bonus. * ## Experience in IT Facilities Project Management, Software/Environment Security Project Management, or Software Security background is a bonus. * ## **Resource Management:** * ## Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. * ## Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. * ## Manage project budgets and track expenses. * ## **Quality Assurance:** * ## Define and
