4 + years of experience in Program or Project Management, 2 + years of hands-on experience managing AI/ML projects, 3 + years of hands-on experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, 3 + years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, 3 + years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Foundation in the Agile Manifesto and its principles, Deep understanding and practical experience applying empirical process control, Familiarity with Workflow Optimization, Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Demonstrable background in coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams, Proven ability to foster psychological safety, Proven ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement, Exceptional organizational skills, Exceptional communication skills, Exceptional analytical skills, Exceptional interpersonal skills, Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, Strong focus on delivery execution
