Join our Professional Services team and help customers unlock the full potential of Coveo's AI-powered platform. With more than 1,000 implementations delivered over the years for global organizations such as Dell, Rolex, and Salesforce, our team tackles complex technical challenges every day. You'll play a key role in aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and project execution to ensure successful customer outcomes. As one of our Technical Product Managers, you will: Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria. Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle. Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks. Communicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates. Identify, assess, document, mitigate, and escalate risks when required to ensure successful project delivery. Partner closely with architects, developers, and technical customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.
