What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience., Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects., Experience creating process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams to visualize current and future state solutions., Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce, Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles., Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects., Experience in successfully facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards specific outcomes., Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management role, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience., Implement creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technicalusiness problems., Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills., Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills., Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (i. e. , remote and/or on-site), and from different organizations (i. e. , CapTechers, client employees, and/or other vendors).
Nice to Have
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications is strongly preferred.

or hybrid models) as needed by project.
Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish
and report key milestones
Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project.
Perform hands-on delivery work
and change management
as needed by the project.
Desire to share with and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
