The Technical Project Manager role at CapTech is multi-faceted by the very nature of the services we provide to our clients. Success within our diverse range of clients requires the ability to adapt and perform in a wide variety of technology-driven project environments. Specific responsibilities for the Technical Project Manager position may include, but are not limited to: * Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery. * Sharing and implementing best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project. * Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making. * Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements. * Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems. * Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables. * Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project. * Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and c
