**Job Title:** Senior Technical Project Engineer **Job Description:** **THE ROLE** The Entegris site in Bedford, MA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Project Engineer** to join our team. You will lead projects that impact safety, yield, throughput and cost for the organization. You will engage with Research and Development and New Product Introduction early in the product development life cycle to deliver manufacturing new products that are ready for manufacturing. You will provide technical support on new processes and equipment to Production Engineers and partner cross functionally on complex issues. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **Project Leader** * Own projects end to end from concept, process and equipment selection, equipment installation, process development, qualification, and production implementation. Ensures safety, quality, productivity, and yield targets are achieved. * Serve as a technical authority for process troubleshooting, capability, and long-term performance improvement. * Provide guidance and technical support to Production Engineers and cross-functional partners. * Manage capital system effectively for your projects and communicate delays proactively to your leaders. **Quality Compliance** * Development of FMEAs, Control Plans, SPC/SQC systems, and risk-based controls. * Follow change control requirements for process, equipment, and materials changes; ensure appropriate risk assessments and validation. * Develop control plans for the process/projects you own and successfully transfer to Production. **Continuous Improvement** * Lead high-impact CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to reduce variation, increase throughput, and improve cost efficiency. * Identify opportunities to enhance process robustness and implement next-generation manufacturing solutions. * Lead the development and execution of Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize parameters and scale new products and processes. **Equipment, Capac
