Requires considerable technical programme management experience with a proven track record in leading complex technical workstreams, ensuring alignment, and resolving dependencies and conflicts swiftly. Must possess excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills, exceptional communication abilities adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences, and the drive to foster accountability. Adept at working in ambiguity, identifying and resolving risks and uncertainty, and is highly organized and proactive. Possesses advanced facilitation, coaching, and mediation skills, with a growth mindset and high technical and product literacy.

Nice to Have

Experience working as a consultant or in a fast-paced, product scale-up environment. An innovative problem solver with an instinct for spotting opportunities and synergies.
