What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), 10+ years in technical program management on federal/public sector initiatives, 5+ years experience leading SaaS development, migrations, and business/compliance/process improvement initiatives, Understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, system architecture, and security, Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams, Excellent verbal and written communication with technical, non-technical, executive teams, partners, and customers
Nice to Have
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly is preferred, Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical, Able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs, Experience managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impact, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Experience in SaaS or platform engineering environments, Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code, Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, SOC 2), PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications, Experience with Jira/Confluence a plus, Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence a plus
