World Wide Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) is seeking an exceptional Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution of next-generation automation and sortation initiatives across the Middle Mile, last Mile, and SSD fulfillment network. This role will drive end-to-end program delivery for complex hardware and process automation programs, influencing both engineering development and operational deployment at scale. The TPM will manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives including automated material handling systems, robotics solutions, and next-generation sort center designs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning hardware engineering, operations, safety, finance, and vendor partners to deliver new builds, retrofits, and pilot-to-scale deployments. This role requires strong program leadership to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and operationally robust. We are looking for a proven program leader with experience delivering complex engineering or automation initiatives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence across multiple organizations. You will partner closely with engineering teams and senior leadership to drive high-visibility programs that shape the future of logistics automation across the global network. This position requires approximately 25% travel to support design reviews, pilot deployments, and stakeholder alignment.
