## Accountabilities In this role, you will lead the execution of complex, multi-team technical programs spanning software development, data systems, and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment from concept through delivery. You will drive clarity across engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across engineering, product, and data domains, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals Partner with engineering, product, design, and data teams to define scope, requirements, architecture direction, and delivery milestones Drive Data Governance and Data Privacy initiatives, including policy implementation, data lifecycle management, and compliance-related programs Manage cross-team dependencies, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution Establish clear program communication, including executive updates, status reporting, and escalation management Continuously improve program delivery processes, leveraging AI tools to enhance automation, efficiency, and decision-making Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of program management best practices across the organization Requirements This role requires extensive experience leading technical programs in complex software environments, along with strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities. You should be comfortable working across distributed teams and translating technical complexity into structured execution plans. 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles in software development environments Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Kanban), and modern architectures such as microservices and cloud-native systems Proven experience with Data Governance and Data Privacy programs, including data retention, compliance, and data subject re
