About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to improve how our development teams plan, test, launch, and support software in production. This role will mature and scale existing operating frameworks to make engineering execution more reliable and scalable, while also owning the incident response model for critical people systems. You will partner closely with engineering, product, analytics, and operations teams to strengthen delivery discipline across software development and production support. This includes code review and release practices, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, delivery readiness, dependency management, technical documentation, and incident response. The right person for this role knows how to introduce structure that helps teams move faster rather than slower. You can work credibly with product managers, program managers and engineers, understand where rigor is missing versus where teams need flexibility, and turn repeated operational pain into durable workflows, standards, and mechanisms.
