5–10+ years hardware product development, System integration experience, Electromechanical systems prototype through production, Technical fluency in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, Familiarity with manufacturing processes, Familiarity with DFM/DFA, Familiarity with BOM management, Familiarity with supplier readiness, Experience with qualification testing, Experience with reliability testing, Experience with environmental testing, Hands-on mindset, Manage cross-functional execution, Communicate clearly across disciplines, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance
Nice to Have
Advanced degree preferred, MIL-STD experience preferred, DO-160 experience preferred, Automotive validation experience preferred, Sensor integration background, Hardware-software co-development experience, System-level integration testing experience, Experience leading small technical teams, Mentoring junior TPMs
