YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Security surface conflicts before they become delivery problems Manage cross-functional dependencies with IT, GRC, facilities, vendors, and external stakeholders as required Maintain current program visibility for leadership, milestone-oriented and risk-flagged Flex across security domains as priorities shift; bring the same execution rigor to a secure facility buildout as to a vulnerability management program Partner with the PMO Lead on roadmap planning and steering: prioritization, capacity planning, and plan maintenance QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of technical program management experience in cybersecurity, defense technology, or regulated environments Prior experience as an information security engineer or security sales/solutions engineer at a security product or services company before transitioning to program management Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent work streams with cross-functional dependencies and external stakeholders Strong Jira or equivalent proficiency; ability to build and maintain structured tracking across multi-team portfolios Comfortable operating where scope, priorities, and assignments shift with portfolio demand Clear, direct communicator; able to simplify complex status for executive audiences and push
