Ability to work in varying site conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, and temperature extremes., Environment such as: office, machine shop, wet laboratory, chemical plant, outdoor test sites., Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards, Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standard, travel required as needed, less than 10%

About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U. S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Senior Technical Program Manager, Plant Engineering Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Plant Engineering, to lead high-impact projects at our live production site in Sparks, Nevada. This role sits at the center of operations, driving improvements that increase safety, throughput, yield, quality, and cost performance. You will work on-site with plant teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement projects from basic engineering through design, installation, commissioning, and handoff to operations. This role also requires frequent communication with senior leaders and executives to align priorities, surface risks, and drive decisions. Success in this role requires strong engineering judgment, manufacturing experience, and the ability to execute in a fast-moving, live production environment. You will own a dynamic portfolio of projects while helping build the systems and processes that enable continuous improvement across the site.
