Full Job Description

Amazon has spent years building one of the world’s most efficient and optimized supply chains. The Multi Channel & Commerce Fulfillment (MCCF) India team, part of Santos org, will build on that foundation and continue to innovate end-to-end supply chain capabilities for merchants to conduct their off-Amazon business. Our vision is to enable every entrepreneur in the world to reach every customer in the world through every channel they can imagine. The Supply Chain Services team is in exciting next step in our mission/vision to help merchants of all sizes grow their business beyond Amazon by using Amazon’s optimized and efficient supply chain network and services. As we rapidly scale to serve our off-Amazon customers, we need a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr.TPM) who can work across our organization and stakeholders, with both strategic and tactical vision. We are building products that are fundamental to Amazon’s future, and we are tackling some of the world’s most intriguing problems involving software architecture design, customer experience, and business strategy. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering end to end deliverables. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment. You thrive through building consensus and driving teams towards results. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces to deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. You will join a highly technical and entrepreneurial culture defining and building the next generation of a fulfillment solution for 3rd party merchants and brand owners.
