What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of Technical program management in Semiconductor, Hardware System development, ideally in AI domains, B. S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience., Have hands-on experience with either logic build, design verification, or physical develop, including taping out at least one chip of significant complexity, Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, manage complex programs involving multiple technical teams using both ASIC and COT silicon development paradigms, Demonstrated experience working with external vendors (foundries, IP, etc. ), including negotiation of deadlines, holding all parties accountable, etc., Understanding of semiconductor technologies, methodologies to speak with engineers in their own language, Experience in managing silicon product cycle from concept to delivery and understanding of hardware and software integration challenges, Experience with project & program management tools and methodologies (e. g. , Linear, Waterfall, JIRA)

NVIDIA is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our hardware team! As a Senior Silicon Development Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that develop Nvidia's next-generation LPU (Language Processing Unit) silicon from concept to production. You will work closely with teams in architecture, logic development, verification, physical development, packaging, and foundry. You will manage execution across multiple fields, balancing performance, power, and area (PPA) goals while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. This role demands both strategic oversight and technical depth, requiring you to plan, coordinate, and communicate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in aligning partners, resolving challenges, and maintaining momentum across Nvidia’s silicon programs.
