The Data Center Field Engineering Team is the engineering owner for the lifecycle of AWS data centers. This includes supporting new designs/innovations through data center end-of-life, with a focus on root cause analysis of failures, capacity and availability improvement, and optimization of the existing fleet. We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with deep AI expertise to join our Field Engineering (FE) team. This role will drive organizational effectiveness through hands-on development of AI-powered tools, automation, and knowledge systems that transform how our FE organization operates. You will be the technical force multiplier for our team, building innovative solutions using AI technologies to streamline processes, enhance engineering analysis, and accelerate availability solutions.
