We're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver server and GPU capacity at gigawatt scale — staying ahead of customer demand, frontier model needs, and the next wave of generative AI. You'll own two programs at the heart of how AWS scales for AI. The first keeps capacity ahead of an unprecedented demand signal, partnering across software, hardware, supply chain, networking, datacenter engineering, power, compliance, and finance. The second is a brand-new program — one you'll get to define and build — that shapes priorities for thousands of builders to reduce friction for AWS engineers and service teams operating in Government regions, and drives critical decision making with highly visible leadership reporting. From day one, you'll have ownership and autonomy to make data-driven decisions on programs that influence leadership three tiers above you. You'll have a front-row seat to emerging AI trends — and a real say in how AWS shows up for the most demanding workloads on earth. The candidate selected must obtain and maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level. Upon start, the selected candidate will be sponsored for a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
