Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering squads and external contractor teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery timelines. Manage sprint planning, release coordination, and cross-team dependency tracking across parallel workstreams. Oversee delivery of core platform initiatives, including release cadence, maintenance-mode operations, and incident coordination. Translate architectural and strategic decisions into structured, executable engineering plans across squads. Maintain visibility of milestones across platform modernization, migration, and product development initiatives. Challenge and validate technical estimates with informed judgment to ensure realistic and achievable timelines. Coordinate contractor workflows and intake processes to ensure seamless integration with internal engineering efforts. Provide clear, structured updates to leadership on program status, risks, and dependencies. Requirements: 6–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering delivery roles in SaaS, data, or AI-driven environments. Proven experience managing complex, multi-track engineering programs across internal teams and external contractors. Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand architecture discussions and evaluate trade-offs. Experience supporting platform migrations, system transitions, or large-scale production changes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear executive updates and detailed operational tracking. Strong systems thinking and ability to manage interdependent engineering workflows. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where structure must be built from the ground up. Experience in analytics platforms, cloud environments, or data-heavy systems is a plus.
