Industry experience in autonomous driving, especially in data collection, mapping, crowd sourced collection etc., Proven operational experience balancing cost-effectiveness, safety and fast turnaround time., Demonstrated ability to successfully implement solutions in ambitious, high-stakes environments., A proven history of developing and implementing strategies that compete on a global scale.
What You'll Do.
Effectively interact with PMs
MLEs and data analysts to understand complex data needs and skillfully manage relationships with OEM partners and NV internal hardware and operations teams.
Establish high level data acquisition plans
manage and optimize their execution.
Establish data acquisition operational objectives
metrics and work plans.
Work with the team to track progress daily and make corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Use data driven methods to provide feedback and insight on operation status.
Make use of state of the art tooling and closely interact with the engineering team to establish tooling roadmap to continuously improve operation.
Direct and mentor junior members of the operations team.
