What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or advanced technical degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Computer Science, Engineering), 10-12 years of progressive experience in technical program/project management, minimum of 1-2 years in a Sr TPM or equivalent leadership role (e. g. , Group TPM Lead), Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC), proven experience in driving large-scale release and go-to-market schedules for a product portfolio, presentation and communication skills, ability to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical senior leaders, run program review meetings
