Must Have
10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in software or system environments, Demonstrated experience operating across Architecture and Engineering boundaries within structured lifecycle frameworks, track record managing high dependency density across multiple technical domains, Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting mechanisms, Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical and executive stakeholders, High comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments while creating structure and clarity, BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Deep understanding of networking systems, distributed systems, AI infrastructure, or cloud-scale platforms, Experience scaling governance and execution models in rapidly growing technical organizations, Background in software development for hardware or silicon products, Familiarity with NVIDIA networking or AI platforms and deployment models, Experience driving process automation and structured data visibility across engineering organizations

Leverage and standardize program management tooling including JIRA
and controlled documentation repositories

NVIDIA Networking Software and System Architecture is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and scale execution governance across our architecture initiatives. This role owns end-to-end program governance for Networking Software Architecture programs, from intake and solution exploration through architecture commit and engineering handoff.
