We are looking for a **highly driven Senior Technical Program Manager** to lead and deliver embedded projects within the **Automotive EV domain.** **This role is ideal for:** * **10+ Years of experience** * **Automotive Domain experience is must.** You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex automotive embedded projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence **Requirements** * Partner with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments. * Manage project dependencies and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders. * Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments. * Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation. * Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies in embedded hardware development. **Must Have Requirements:** * **Project Life Cycle Expertise:** Deep understanding of the entire automotive embedded product development lifecycle, with a focus on iterative development methodologies like Agile and Scrum. * **Technical Proficiency in Automotive Systems:** Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (CAN bus, LIN bus), and functional safety standards (ISO 26262). * **Agile Problem-Solving and Change Management:** Ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex technical challenges within an Agile framework.
