Role-Required Skills: Lean and Agile principles and practices (Foundational) Scrum artefacts and techniques (Foundational) Understanding of agile practices at scale (Foundational) Understanding of XP practices (Foundational) Facilitation Conflict Navigation Problem-Solving Communications Empathy and Emotional Intelligence Coaching Mentoring Technical Skills: Facilitating PI Planning o Support the Agile Team coordinate and participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events during PI Planning to draft PI plans for the PI’s iterations, listing PI objectives and identifying ART risks and issues. o Support the teams during PI Planning to draft PI plans for the PI’s iterations, listing PI objectives and identifying ART risks and issues.
