What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or capital projects in mining, metals, chemicals, refining, energy, or other heavy industrial environments, Demonstrated experience managing projects through engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational start-up phases, program management skills, including ownership of project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, risk management, and execution deliverables, Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across technical, operational, construction, and business teams in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability across all levels of the organization, Comfortable working on-site in an industrial

Manage interfaces between all technical disciplines

Direct engineering consultants and internal teams through studies and trade-offs (mining method
Oversee detailed engineering

Translate permit conditions into design requirements

THE ROLE Mariana Minerals is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join its Engineering team, to lead the delivery of a mining project at its Copper One subsidiary in Utah. This role will be instrumental in bridging initiatives and workstreams across R&D, piloting, existing operational infrastructure, engineering, construction, environmental, finance, and more.
