Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Senior Technical Program Manager Job Description & Key Responsibilities * Program Management * Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement. * Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks. * Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams. * proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incident * Data Analysis & Modeling * Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. * Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions. * Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. * Application Development & Visualization * Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. * Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions. * Stakeholder Collaboration * Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals. * Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment. * Strong proficiency in: * Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows) * PowerApps (custom app development) * Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX) * Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. * Background in business intelligence.
