Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of proven experience in technical program management, project management, service management, workplace technology, AV, or IT, Experience leading cross-functional programs across operations and engineering teams, Solid understanding of enterprise AV and collaboration technologies, including room systems, hybrid meeting environments, conferencing platforms, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools, Experience running program budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, build consensus, and establish trust across diverse stakeholder groups, Experience delivering staff-centered solutions and improving service quality, adoption, usability, reliability, and operational excellence, Ability to travel internationally as needed
