About the Role DigitalOcean's Agentic AI organization provides a powerful inference cloud, Managed Agents, and robust Feedback systems that enable customers to run AI inference confidently at scale. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of our Feedback Systems charter, ensuring seamless delivery across engineering, product, and operations. As an IC3 TPM, you will be the operational engine keeping our highly technical teams aligned. You will drive planning and execution, facilitate cross-functional communication, and proactively clear roadblocks. You will dive into technical discussions with engineers and product managers, translate complex realities into actionable plans, and implement lightweight, automated workflows that increase team efficiency without adding administrative bloat. What You'll Do: End-to-End Delivery: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and operations teams. Strategic Alignment: Partner with engineering and product leadership to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross‐team communication and ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and trade‐offs.
