What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience managing technical programs, portfolio planning, Agile delivery, cross-functional execution within engineering or infrastructure organizations, Experience working with infrastructure, platform, cloud, DevOps, security, reliability, or other technically complex engineering teams, Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities, unclear ownership, external dependencies, and shifting requirements, command of Agile delivery practices, Jira best practices, backlog organization, sprint planning, workflow hygiene, dependency tracking, reporting, dashboard creation, analytical and problem-solving skills, use data, metrics, and structured thinking to drive prioritization, risk management, and decision-making, presentation and communication skills, create clear, executive-ready materials, Ability to understand technical tradeoffs, ask effective engineering questions, translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, Familiarity with AI tools, demonstrated ability to use AI effectively, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

You will partner closely with cloud engineering, security, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to bring structure to ambiguous technical initiatives, drive cross-functional execution, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure critical programs are delivered safely, predictably, and with measurable impact.
