What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related technical or equivalent industry experience with complex electrical systems, 5+ years of experience in program management and/or technical leadership roles involving power electronics, electrical hardware, or systems integration in a production environment, Proven track record of managing multiple complex technical programs simultaneously, Deep understanding of power electronics principles (e.g., converters, inverters, motor drives), Experience working closely with engineering teams to guide technical execution, Leadership in cross-functional environments, Excellent communication skills—verbal, visual, and written, Experience working in fast-paced, high-complexity environments with evolving priorities and timelines, Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, including DVT, EVT, DFM, and compliance standards related to electrical hardware

Nice to Have

Experience in industries such as renewable energy, automotive, industrial power, or aerospace, Ability to align diverse teams around shared goals and priorities, Ability to present technical and programmatic details to both technical and non-technical audiences
