Must Have
Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical field, 1+ years of team management experience, 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience, Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product, Track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products or features
Nice to Have
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting, Experience in the entertainment industry, Experience working with data engineers and business intelligence engineers collaboratively, Working knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, and cloud-based data infrastructure, Familiarity with GenAI applications in enterprise product contexts

Own product strategy and roadmap for internal tools
Act as primary product owner across data engineers
Set project priorities
Define success metrics
Drive execution across workstreams
Partner with SDE team to define requirements
Ship features for flagship planning tool
Act as primary product voice for platform
Drive team's AI strategy
Own audience infrastructure initiatives
Lead cross-functional programs
Translate ambiguous business needs into product requirements
Represent team's work to senior leadership
Define success metrics
Communicate trade-offs clearly
