We're seeking a creative, industrious, customer-obsessed PM who is interested in joining a team with a high-impact mission. As a Product Manager Tech in our Enterprise Engineering organization, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will drive product innovation, shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Key job responsibilities As a Product Manager-Tech, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for enterprise solutions. This includes identifying opportunities across Amazon's internal tools, prioritizing features based on business impact, and creating comprehensive product roadmaps. You'll need to stay current with the rapidly evolving software landscape and translate user features into business requirements to deliver functionality that will enhance Amazonian productivity. In addition to gathering and synthesizing requirements, you will define success metrics and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives. A crucial aspect of your role will be managing relationships with senior leadership, effectively communicating product strategy, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
