What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in Product Management, Degree in Computer Science, Equivalent professional experience, Ownership of high-volume B2C or B2B web applications, Experience with self-serve transactional flows at scale, Proven track record delivering complex systems integrations and migrations, Scoping, sequencing, and managing dependencies across multiple teams
Nice to Have
Experience with software licensing and entitlement systems, SAP S/4HANA integration experience, Familiarity with ERP consolidation programs, Exposure to elevated security, privacy, or regulatory controls
What You'll Do.
Lead Siemens integration workstream
Own integration roadmap
Drive delivery from requirements to production
Serve as primary liaison with Siemens
Translate corporate objectives into integration roadmap
Develop expertise in Dotmatics' end-to-end systems
Identify integration gaps and compliance requirements
Translate requirements into actionable initiatives
Own end-to-end delivery of Siemens integration initiatives
Manage critical path dependencies
Report status to executive leadership
Partner with Engineering and QA
Develop and validate technical plans
Identify risks before they become blockers
Support data integration
Support change management and documentation
Coordinate with teams owning broader Siemens integration vision
Serve as escalation point for incidents and issues
Drive timely resolution and clear communication
Coordinate cross-functional contributors
Keep all parties aligned and accountable
