They align cross-functional engineering teams (RTL, Physical Design, Verification) to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include risk mitigation, resource constraints, and milestone tracking. * **Program Planning & Execution:** Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
