Report writing is essential., Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and Reliability engineering, Experience preparing & revising technical reports and project documents, A minimum of 8 years of related experience (engineering, electronics, sensors, optics, software) with a Bachelor’s or 6 years and a Master’s or a PhD with 3 years’ experience., At least 5 years of design/development experience, Strong, proven experience leading/managing a technical project and driving technology development, Proven experience working within a large multidisciplinary team and excellent communication skills are required, Experience evaluating risk and driving change, Experience providing customer with technical guidance with support from technical experts, Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, Eligible for Controlled Goods Security Clearance
