What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7+ years of experience in any of the following at a SaaS/iPaaS company: Technical Instruction Solutions engineering or consulting (pre or post sales) Customer-facing professional services understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation., Proven experience in delivering technical training and certification programs, preferably in the field of cloud integration or iPaaS., Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner., problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues., Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach., Native or significant mastery in English is required.
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies are a plus.
