Now, we are building the US team from the ground up, while continuing to grow rapidly in Europe. YOUR MISSION You are the first IT hire. You own everything - identity, access, devices, office infrastructure - and you bring it from 0 to 1. We have some tooling, but no one has owned the big picture and thought things through from 0 to 1 to 100. You'll design and run the internal tech stack that the entire company works on every day. IAM, MDM, hardware lifecycle, office connectivity, access controls, onboarding - end to end. You make sure every employee has exactly what they need to move fast and work securely, from anywhere. You'll work across every team to understand how people actually work and build the systems around that. You treat IT as a product and employees as your users.
