Must Have
7–12 years of experience in enterprise networking, security, voice operations, or technical management roles, knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco networking, SIP/RTP, SBCs, SD-WAN, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, QoS, routing/switching, VLAN/VXLAN, and enterprise security operations
Nice to Have
CCNP, Cisco ISE certifications/training, Zscaler ZCCA-IA/ZCCA-PA, ITIL Foundation, cloud security, automation, scripting, Python, Ansible

Lead incident management
Manage Cisco ISE environments
Administer Zscaler policies
