Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related, 10 – 15+ years consulting experience, Demonstrated experience with regulatory frameworks (RCRA, CERCLA, CCR Rule, state corrective action programs, risk-based closure), Proven track record of originating consulting work, Sustaining long-term client relationships, Demonstrated ability to articulate active pipeline of client opportunities, Experience serving as primary client contact, Responsibility for pursuit strategy, pricing, and repeat work, Ability to manage complex technical projects, Maintain profitability and schedule discipline, Technical writing skills, QA/QC skills, Presentation skills, Demonstrated business judgment, Ability to travel as needed
Nice to Have
Advanced degrees and professional licensure (PG, PE) preferred, Experience supporting transaction advisory, Experience supporting insurance engagements, Experience supporting redevelopment engagements
