Who are we hiring: We are seeking a Senior Technical Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent Management, and Learning modules. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable Oracle HCM technical solutions that meet evolving business requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical specialist who partners closely with HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver robust system integrations, reporting, data extracts, and automation solutions while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and adherence to Oracle best practices. What will you do? Gather and analyze business requirements, develop technical designs, demonstrate proofs of concept, and provide technical guidance throughout configuration, testing, and deployment.
