5+ years of B2B content marketing experience in technology companies, Experience in tech services, consulting, or outsourcing environments, Proven portfolio of case studies, sales materials, and website content, Experience writing for senior technical and business audiences, Ability to translate complex technical topics (AI, cloud, engineering) into clear business value, Experience working with SMEs across engineering, delivery, and sales to conduct interviews and gather technical input, research skills with the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear, impactful narratives, critical thinking with the ability to produce original, non-generic, business-relevant content, Advanced English proficiency with copywriting and storytelling skills, High level of ownership, independence, and proactive mindset, Adaptability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Nice to Have

Experience creating AI-related content, Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or outbound content, Background in fintech, payments, retail, commerce, or restaurant tech/POS industries, Basic understanding of SEO principles
