What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in design and implementation using Salesforce. com tec, Skill and passion for programming and technology, Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, Skilled in Java, C#, or comparable OOP language, Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Experience with modern IDEs (VSCode, IntelliJ) and SCM tools (Git, SVN), problem-solving skills, Ability and desire to learn new technologies and development tools, A creative mindset to apply innovative approaches to software design, Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment with a large team of like-minded developers, Understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and SQL, Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative subject area., Equivalent demonstrable work experience instead of a degree will be considered, Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organisation, Application design and development background, Travel may be required and varies depending on the client's requirements, A Enterprise Architecture background would be favorable, Relevant Salesforce experience is desired, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
