You will enforce governance and readiness controls, including solution packaging standards, dependency checks, environment strategy, and identity/connection mapping pre‑reqs. You will coordinate execution steps for tenant‑to‑tenant moves (where applicable) and ensure pre/post actions are completed, such as export/import, re‑auth connections, enabling flows, and updating endpoints. Additionally, you will own defect triage for broken connections, missing references, permissions/roles, environment settings mismatches, and selectively unsupported components, and drive closure. You will coordinate with Entra Apps/Identity disciplines to ensure authentication, app registrations, and connector identity prerequisites are in place for successful cutover. Furthermore, you will produce shift‑level status and evidence packs, including migration logs, run results, exception register, and sign‑off artefacts. You will own the shift backlog in the ticketing system, prioritizing work to align with the cutover schedule and downstream dependencies. Finally, you will ensure robust shift handovers with actionable detail and no loss of continuity across the three‑shift model, improve runbooks continuously to incorporate learnings, reduce rework, and standardize fixes into repeatable operational s
